Other Characters and Villans

The Weather Girl - is the Captain's inevitable love interest. She never gets the forecast correct - ever, but because she's ALWAYS wrong, The Weather Girl has become the most reliable forecast source on television. This quasi-fluke leaves an indelible impression on The Captain. Afterall, The Weather is The Captain's favorite topic.

The Fool Fighters or The Kung Fools - worst ever Asian martial arts fighters.

Head Squirrels: Squirrels that attack your head and chew your hair into really bad haircuts.

Shirton: From planet where people never take their shirts off. (When Captain Fluke meets Shirton he says: "Thank heavens your name has an "R" in it!")

THE CHIEF: Old Indian Chief - a spiritual advisor and aging playboy. A native "Hef".

BINGO: Fluke saves Bingo in first episode. From that point on Bingo shows up (once in each episode) at extremely inappropriate moments meowing for food - fighting pirates, during a space walk, in an underwater lair, and even during a tender moment with a love interest. Try as he might, the Captain can never convince Bingo to wait and must interrupt what ever he's doing to feed the insistent feline. Fluke is not above suggesting to the evil villain he is in the midst of confronting to aid in this endeavor Bingo then happily eats while action continues around him.

The Reservoir Cats: Group of nasty alley cats: Mr. Black and White, Mr. Calico, Mr. Tabby, Mr. Ginger, Mr. Brindle, and Mr. Gray with Brown Stripes.

Black Toe: A mild-mannered accountant who turns into an evil, hulking ogre whenever he stubs his toe.

Bulldog: Captain Fluke's personal trainer (actual Bulldog) Base him on Jake from infomercials "Body By Jake" kind of an earnest, enthusiastic, muscle bound pansy. To earnest for his own good. "Come on, guys. Work those buns." Calls everyone "Guy".

The Evil Mr. Normal: Really nice, normal guy. Neighbors love him. Mr. Normal is helpful in his community, responsible, volunteers, very pleasant - his only flaw? He is the most evil person ever born and is bent on destroying the Earth using Normalcy as his weapon.

Professor John Professor: Is a professor of evil. He turned evil when he realized his parent's were closet vegetarians. The Professor has a regular voice but talks with an evil voice when he gets worked up and other characters say - "Why are you talking like that?" he replies, sheepishly, "Oh, uh, just effect, you know … more dramatic kind of thing."

Cy Lyptical: Cy is a genetic mutant who was crossbred with an elliptical exercise machine. His legs are hinged and he walks in a rapid swinging motion. His best feature? He can fold up when not active and slide under the bed for easy storage.
Oh yes, he has one eye in the middle of his forehead.
